All client information (e.g., family cases, applications) will remain confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Unpaid fees remain due.
Provide accurate and complete information required for services (e.g., qualifications, case details).Notify the Provider of any changes affecting service delivery (e.g., contact details, availability).Treat staff and mentors with respect and adhere to agreed schedules.The Provider reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the Client provides materially false information.
